The district team consisting of Ken Guyette from the Owner's Project Manager firm of Collier's International, Carl Franceschi from the architectural firm of Drummey, Rosane and Anderson, Business Administrator, Erin Orcutt and Superintendent/Director Robert P. Sanborn made a presentation to the MSBA's Facilities Assessment Subcommittee detailing the preferred solution chosen for Cape Cod Regional Technical High School. As stated previously, the school building committee unanimously voted for a new building located on the current property east of the existing facility. The fifteen minute presentation was followed by a question and answer period. In advance of this presentation, the team had submmitted a Preferred Schematic Report (PSR) to the Massachusetts School Building Authority (MSBA). The district team was asked to respond to a few comments and concerns of the subcommiittee regarding the PSR submission, in writing, before moving into Schematic Design which is scheduled for February 15, 2017.
